Design of the Month - July Edition

Design of the Month July is showcasing Casson from Colour and Design, which has been recolored to meet today's standards and color trends. While the summer brings us outside enjoying nature, gardens, and simple pleasures, Casson reflects the lush life by offering earthy pigments that are so rich and soothing. Jetta from Denovo is a play on a sculptural geometric pattern inspired by the great M.C. Escher and aptly named after one of his greatest muses, his wife, Jetta. Digging into the archives has never been so fun.

Jetta

We were inspired by the artistic style of M.C. Escher for our newest DeNovo pattern. Escher was a renowned Dutch graphic artist who made mathematically inspired woodcuts, lithographs and mezzotints. To honor Escher’s unique style we’ve named our new pattern after his wife, Jetta.
